Soft washing is an external cleaning process which utilises a combination of low pressure washing and the application of biocides, sodium hypochlorite, surfactant and water. This process enables the safe removal of mildew, organic stains and algae, from roofs, render or delicate stonework without the requirement for harsher abrasive techniques, which could cause permanent damage.  

Although the equipment and chemicals used in both powerwashing and soft washing appear very similar, the technique used vary greatly depending on the specific task. At All Powerwash Solutions, our cleaning operatives are highly trained in all aspects of soft washing and will discuss their recommendations at the point of work. 

All working at height is conducted in line with our company health and safety policy and a specific risk assessment for each task. At all Powerwash Solutions we have access to 8 meter telescopic cleaning lances, Mobile Elevated Working Platforms (MEWP), fixed & tower scaffolds and cherry pickers. This ensures that all our work is conducted safely and in adherence to all current UK legislation.
